Custom Castings

     Custom casting is the making of custom molded or casted metal pieces, which in turn can be used in ways only limited by your imagination. Our process uses a metal die that is created from your own artwork or a metal original provided by you. This is then used to create a custom mold, which is then cast in lead free food safe pewter.

     We offer four different finishes including Burnished Silver, Shadowed, High Shine, and Flat Black. We use two types of coloring, acid coloring and lacquered dyes, to achieve these looks. if you would like to have a custom casting made please contact us with your contact information and we’ll get back to you promptly with a quote and pricing.

Burnished Silver

Burnished Silver is done to give the appearance of polished silver as with an antique coin. 

Shadowed

A light shadow is added to accent your pewter's design. This is the most traditional form of pewter casting.

High Shine

High shine is a process that buffs your pewter piece until it has a very high shine and luster.

Flat Black

Flat Black darkens the recesses to make the design stand stand out dramatically.
